It depends on scope: modules, users, integrations, mobile applications, dashboards, hosting and support. A meaningful number follows a requirement analysis. Any figure quoted before that is a guess, and usually an optimistic one.

A focused single-module system and a platform with several integrations and a mobile app are very different projects. Timelines are estimated once the requirements and the systems it must connect to are understood.

Our core stack is .NET and C# with ASP.NET Core — this website runs on it. The right technology for a given project depends on what it has to do, what it must integrate with, and what your team can maintain afterwards, so the stack is agreed during architecture planning rather than assumed.

Usually yes. Where an existing system exposes an API, a database or another suitable integration method, new software can connect to it rather than replacing it. Replacing everything at once is rarely the lowest-risk option.
